Staff Nurse

Job Title: Nursing Staff (GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing)

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Nursing Staff to provide high-quality patient care. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting doctors, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care as per nursing protocols

Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen, sugar levels)

Administer medications and injections as prescribed

Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies

Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes

Provide wound care, catheter care, and IV line management

Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and daily activities

Observe and report changes in patient condition immediately

Follow infection control and safety guidelines

Educate patients and families on care procedures and medications

Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and support staff

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma (GNM / ANM) or B.Sc Nursing

Valid Nursing Council Registration

Minimum 1 year experience preferred (freshers can apply if trained)

Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care

Ability to work in shifts (day/night)

Good communication and teamwork skills

Compassionate, patient, and responsible attitude
