Job Description – Fresher ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)

Position: ANM Staff Nurse (Fresher Welcome)

We are looking for a sincere, compassionate, and dedicated Fresher ANM Staff to join our healthcare team. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Assist doctors during OPD and emergency procedures.
Monitor patient vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, SpO₂).
Administer injections, IV fluids, and medications as prescribed.
Perform dressing, wound care, and basic nursing procedures.
Maintain patient records and nursing documentation.
Ensure cleanliness and infection control in the clinic/hospital.
Educate patients on medications and follow-up care.
Work cooperatively with the medical team.

Requirements:

ANM qualification from a recognized institute.
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Responsible, punctual, and patient-friendly attitude.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
