Job Title: Female Nurse – Garment Industry (Shop Floor)

Location: [Noida Sec - 63 , C-133]

Reports To: HR Manager / Factory Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Female Nurse to join our garment manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing the health and wellness of employees on the shop floor, providing first aid treatment for minor and major injuries, and promoting a safe and hygienic work environment. Prior experience in the garment or manufacturing sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the health and well-being of workers on the production floor.

• Provide immediate medical attention in case of accidents, injuries, or sudden illness during working hours.

• Maintain a well-stocked and organized first aid room.

• Handle minor injuries, cuts, burns, or sprains and assess if further medical treatment is required.

• Assist in arranging hospital transportation in case of serious injuries or emergencies.

• Conduct daily rounds on the shop floor to observe and ensure worker safety and hygiene practices.

• Maintain medical records and incident logs for all workplace injuries.

• Provide basic health education, including hygiene, ergonomics, and first aid awareness.

• Support the Health & Safety Officer/HR in ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations.

• Assist in health check-ups, vaccination drives, and other employee wellness initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Registered with the State Nursing Council.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a nurse in a garment factory or manufacturing setup.

• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) practices.

• Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with factory workers.

• Willing to work on the shop floor and conduct regular health inspections.

Preferred:

• Experience handling industrial injuries or first responder situations.

• Knowledge of local labor laws and safety compliance in the manufacturing sector.

• Familiarity with recordkeeping and reporting of workplace incidents.
