Job Title: Staff Nurse (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and caring fresher Staff Nurse to join our medical team. This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified nurses to begin their professional journey in a supportive environment. You will work under the guidance of senior nurses and doctors to deliver quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the care, monitoring, and comfort of patients under supervision.

Learn and apply basic nursing procedures such as checking vital signs, administering medicines, and wound care.

Support senior nursing staff during treatments and patient rounds.

Maintain patient hygiene and help with daily routines (bathing, feeding, mobility).

Accurately document patient information and medical history.

Educate patients and their families with simple health instructions.

Follow hospital safety and infection control protocols.

Respond calmly and quickly during emergencies.

Qualifications:

Education: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing

Experience: Fresher (0–6 months experience)

Good communication and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a team and take guidance from senior staff.

Ready to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
