Staff Nurse

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial statements, and ensuring strict compliance with accounting regulations and tax laws. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, an expert grasp of accounting principles, and the ability to turn complex financial data into actionable insights for our management team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

• General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate ledger logs, post journal entries, and perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor billing, client invoicing, and expense tracking to ensure healthy cash flow.

• Compliance & Taxes: Prepare documentation for corporate tax filings, ensure compliance with local regulations, and assist with external financial audits

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to build annual budgets and update monthly financial forecasts.

• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing internal accounting processes and recommend software upgrades or workflow changes to improve efficiency

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
