Staff Nurse

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse with hands-on experience in Operation Theatre (OT) and Emergency/Casualty services. The ideal candidate should be skilled in patient care, emergency procedures, OT assistance, and maintaining clinical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in the OT and Emergency Department.

• Assist doctors and surgeons during surgical procedures.

• Prepare the OT, instruments, equipment, and patients before procedures.

• Follow proper sterilization, infection-control, and safety protocols.

• Handle emergency cases and provide immediate nursing care as required.

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes promptly.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

• Ensure proper handling and availability of medical supplies and equipment.

• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare staff.

• Follow hospital policies, protocols, and professional nursing standards.

Required Qualifications

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.

• Valid nursing registration.

• Previous experience in OT and Emergency/Casualty is preferred.

• Good communication and patient-handling skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including emergencies.
