Job Description

Patient Care & Assessment: Conducting bedside nursing, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patient conditions.
Treatment Administration: Giving medications (non-intravenous), injections, and dressings as prescribed by physicians.
Care Planning:
Developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, often in collaboration with doctors.
Documentation: Maintaining meticulous, accurate, and up-to-date patient records and charts.
Emergency Response: Treating emergency injuries and performing life-saving treatments, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Support Services: Assisting doctors in diagnostic procedures, surgeries, and specialized units like ICU or labor rooms.
Patient Education: Educating patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
