Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

La Densitae Hair Transplantation Clinic is seeking a qualified and skilled Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (MDS) to join our advanced team of hair restoration professionals. The candidate will be trained in modern hair transplant techniques and will be responsible for performing or assisting in surgical procedures with a high level of precision, patient care, and ethical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hair transplant procedures (FUE & FUT) under the guidance or independently based on experience and training.

• Conduct pre-operative assessments, including scalp diagnosis, medical history reviews, and treatment planning.

• Assist in facial aesthetic procedures as per clinic services (if applicable).

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure seamless documentation and follow-up.

• Supervise and coordinate with OT staff, technicians, and assistants for procedure readiness.

• Educate patients about the procedure, post-op care, expected outcomes, and resolve their concerns empathetically.

• Ensure strict adherence to clinic protocols, hygiene standards, and sterilization procedures.

• Stay updated with latest trends in aesthetic and hair restoration surgery.

• Participate in internal training and case discussions to maintain quality of service.

Requirements:

• MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from a recognized institution.

• Valid registration with State Dental Council.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (Training will be provided).

• Good communication skills in English and regional language (Malayalam preferred for Kerala).

• Interest in cosmetic, aesthetic, or hair transplant procedures.

• Strong attention to detail, patience, and professional behavior.
