Provide direct nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment.
Administer prescribed medications, injections, and dressings.
Offer first aid and emergency care for injuries or acute illnesses.
Assist doctors during medical consultations and minor procedures.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and symptoms.
Support health screening programs, vaccination drives, and wellness initiatives.
Educate students and staff on health, hygiene, and lifestyle practices.
Participate in awareness programs (mental health, nutrition, communicable diseases, etc.).
Maintain accurate patient records, case histories, and medical reports.
Manage inventory of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment.
Ensure confidentiality of patient health records as per medical ethics.
Provide nursing support during university events, sports, and outdoor activities.
Respond to on-campus medical emergencies promptly.
Coordinate with local hospitals/ambulance services for referrals when required.
Diploma / B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Registration with the State Nursing Council.
Minimum 2–4 years of nursing experience
Knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and infection control protocols.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-friendly approach.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
