Staff Nurse

Job Title: Staff Nurse (Aesthetic Therapist)

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for delivering a warm, caring, and professional patient experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Act as the link between aesthetic patients and the doctor.

• Provide training to junior therapists in the clinic.

• Lead and manage the aesthetic team.

• Maintain all aesthetic processes and patient records in the system.

• Counsel patients and convert inquiries into treatments.

• Give demonstrations to patients about procedures and treatments.

• Manage renewals and collect referrals from existing patients.

• Perform hair/skin therapies such as Hair/Skin PRP, Hydrafacials, Medifacials, Laser treatments, Derma-heal, and other procedures as introduced.

• Assist doctors with skin and hair treatments.

• Take blood for Hair PRP treatments and administer Glutathione IV drips.

• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times.

• Manage clinic inventory, including consumables and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation of aesthetic rooms, equipment, and tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Staff nurse certification preferred, with phlebotomy skills (blood collection).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Laser Hair Reduction, Peels, Facials, Mole Removal, Q-Switch, Dermabrasion.

• Skilled in Medifacials and assisting with advanced aesthetic treatments.

• Neat personal appearance and adherence to hygiene protocols.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and convincing skills.

• Smart working, presentable, and customer-focused.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
