We are looking for a OT Store In-Charge to join our Operation Theatre team to handle OT Store . The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring OT Stock, Dispensing Drugs & Lenses, assess provisions, and escalate for stock shortfall. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate stock levels of consumables, medicines, and specialized ophthalmic equipment.
Maintaining daily records of inward and outward materials, ensuring accurate documentation of items issued to the OT.
Performing regular physical stock checks and reconciling them with system records.
Ensuring sterile storage conditions for materials like sutures, drapes, and instrument sets, and tracking expiry dates to prevent the use of degraded products.
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment in compliance with hospital standards, such as NABH.
Generating Material Received Reports (MRR) and other required documentation.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is ANM / GNM and 0 - 1 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
