Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our hair transplant clinic team. The ideal candidate will assist in hair restoration procedures, provide pre- and post-operative care to patients, ensure a sterile and safe environment, and support the surgical team in delivering excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the surgeon during hair transplant procedures

2. Prepare the operating room, instruments, and materials needed for procedures

3. Perform pre-operative assessments and explain procedure details to patients

4. Provide post-operative care instructions and follow-up support to patients

5. Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition during procedures

6. Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols

7. Administer medications as prescribed by the Doctor

8. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

9. Support patient queries, concerns, and ensure a high standard of care

10. Participate in training sessions and keep up-to-date with industry techniques

Qualifications:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid nursing license

2. Prior experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or hair transplant is highly preferred

3. Excellent knowledge of surgical aseptic techniques

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

5. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

6. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Desirable Skills:

6 months above experience in hair transplant techniques will be an added advantage

Freshers nurses (GNM) are also welcome

Phlebotomy skills

Familiarity with aesthetic procedures or cosmetic dermatology

Able to communicate in local lanuage of the state (preferable but not mandatory)
