• Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital standards and protocols.

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and progress.

• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by doctors.

• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and ward rounds.

• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and nursing documentation.

• Ensure patient hygiene, comfort, and safety at all times.

• Follow infection control, sterilization, and waste management protocols.

• Coordinate with doctors, RMOs, and other healthcare staff for effective patient care.

• Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and discharge instructions.
