Job Description

  1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to their medical condition and care plan.

  2. Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall clinical condition.

  3. Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.

  4. Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.

  5. Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.

  6. Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly report abnormalities to doctors or senior nursing staff.

  7. Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication charts, patient records, and clinical documentation.

  8. Follow infection-control, hygiene, and patient-safety protocols.

  9. Educate patients and attendants regarding medications, treatment, diet, hygiene, and discharge instructions.

  10. Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
