Staff Nurse – Job Description

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, support medical teams, and ensure adherence to hospital protocols. The ideal candidate will be skilled in clinical procedures, patient monitoring, and communication with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment & Monitoring
  Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and report any changes in patient condition promptly.

• Treatment Administration & Nursing Procedures
  Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and perform nursing procedures as prescribed by doctors.

• Pre-Operative & OT Readiness
  Prepare patients for surgery by ensuring all pre-operative protocols and documentation are completed.

• Post-Operative & ICU Support
  Assist in post-surgical care and coordinate smooth patient transitions to ICU or recovery units.

• Patient & Family Communication
  Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and recovery processes.

• Documentation & Record Keeping
  Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, and reports in compliance with hospital standards.

• Equipment & Inventory Management
  Handle medical equipment responsibly and ensure availability of necessary consumables.

• Ward Hygiene & Safety Compliance
  Maintain cleanliness, infection control practices, and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  ANM (Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery) / GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) / B.Sc Nursing / DGNM

• Experience:
  1–7 years in hospital or clinical settings

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
