• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including

physicians, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, and dietitians.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in the ICU.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay

  current with best practices in critical care nursing.
