JD for Nursing Staff (Female Only, ICU - Intensive Care Unit)
Job Description: Nursing Staff in the ICU are responsible for providing critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions. This position involves constant monitoring of patient health, administering specialized treatments, and working closely with doctors to ensure the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized care to critically ill patients.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and patient conditions continuously.
Assist in life-saving procedures and interventions.
Educate and provide emotional support to patients' families.
Maintain high standards of infection control and patient safety.
Document patient care, progress, and changes in condition.
Collaborate with the medical team to adjust care plans.
KPIs:
Patient survival rates and recovery time.
Accuracy and timeliness of documentation.
Compliance with infection control protocols.
Adherence to critical care guidelines and best practices.
Family satisfaction and communication effectiveness.
Efficiency in emergency response (code blue or other critical events).
KRIs:
Increased mortality rates or poor patient outcomes.
Medication errors in the ICU setting.
High infection rates or non-compliance with safety protocols.
Delays in emergency interventions.

Requirements:
· Education: GNM / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
· Certification: Valid nursing registration (as per local regulatory body).
· Experience: 1 Year to 3 Years
· Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, communication, teamwork, and critical thinking.
· Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
