Job Description

  • Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.

  • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and clinical condition.

  • Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

  • Assist doctors during procedures, examinations and emergencies.

  • Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records and documentation.

  • Ensure proper infection control and follow nursing safety protocols.

  • Handle patients in IPD, OPD, ICU/Emergency or Oncology areas as assigned.

  • Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication and basic care.

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper handling of nursing equipment.

  • Follow hospital policies, SOPs and NABH standards.

  • Coordinate effectively with doctors and other healthcare staff.

  • Perform duties in rotational shifts as required.
