Staff Nurse

We are looking for a Staff Nurse to join our team at Averlin Birth Care Hospital Private Limited ( ABC Hospital & IVF Centre) to assist LSCS and Normal Delivery. She/he should independently monitor the progress of Normal Delivery. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹20000.

Key Responsibilities:

• To Prepare OT, Sterlise OT instrument and assist Surgeon during LSCS.

• She/he should montor and handle Normal delivery.

• Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Maintain patient’s records and reports.

• Educate patients and families on healthcare plans.

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.

• Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnosis checks like monitoring pulse, blood pressure, etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th education and 5 - 6+ years of experience. She/he must have experience in Labour Room-Normal Delivery, OT Scrub/Assistant-LSCS, Routine Newborn Care. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
