Job Title: General Duty Assistant (GDA)

Job Description:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated General Duty Assistants (GDA) to provide basic patient care and support in hospitals, clinics, and homecare settings. The role involves assisting patients in their daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, and daily activities.

• Support nursing staff in maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Monitor and report changes in patient health or behavior to the nurse/doctor.

• Help with shifting and positioning of patients.

• Maintain patient records and follow infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• Completed GDA or Nursing Assistant training (certified course preferred).

• Prior experience in hospital or homecare setup preferred.

• Basic knowledge of patient care and hygiene.

• Compassionate attitude and good communication skills.
