Staff Nurse

Advance GroHair Clinic is seeking a dedicated OT Assistant to support surgeons

and healthcare professionals during operations. The role requires proficiency in

assisting with surgical procedures, monitoring equipment, and ensuring the

seamless functioning of the operation theatre. The ideal candidate will have

strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively

within a multidisciplinary team

. Pre-Operative Duties:

 Gather and verify client information such as medical history, health

concerns, and symptoms to assist in pre-operative preparation.

 Ensure all necessary medical equipment is prepared and functioning

before surgical procedures.

 Withdrawal of blood and Assisting doctors.

2. Intra-Operative Duties:

 Assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals during operations by

passing instruments, preparing dressings, and providing any necessary

support during surgical procedures.

 Monitor and maintain medical equipment during surgeries, ensuring

everything functions properly.

 Performing fumigation and Autoclave before surgery

3. Post-Operative Duties:

 Administer medication as prescribed by the doctor and assist in the post

surgery recovery process, following the treatment plan.

 Communicate the treatment plans and updates to patients and their

families, ensuring clear understanding of the care procedures.

BSC Nursing / GNM/ ANM/ DMLT/ BSC Anesthesia

 Stock Maintenance

 Medical records and reports.

 Minimum 0-2 years of working experience in a hospital or operation

theatre setting.

 Strong attention to detail, ability to handle stressful situations, and

effective communication skills.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
