Senior Analyst - RWE Acceleration Job Description Summary The senior analyst, RWE acceleration, serves as the technical anchor for the RWD platform implementation and data integration workflows. This individual contributor role bridges strategy and execution- ensuring that platform investments are effectively operationalized within NOCC Hyderabad based study workflows. The analyst works in close partnership with the US data platform team and the innovation work stream to support tooling adoption, integration design, and workflow optimization across the Novartis RWD portfolio. Job Description Major Accountabilities Support implementation and workflow integration of core RWD platforms that are either internal or external to Novartis Conduct user acceptance testing and quality checks for new platform features or tooling deployments Support evaluation of NLP tools from a technical integration and workflow feasibility perspective Identify workflow inefficiencies and design automation or tooling solutions that accelerate steady execution Partner with the RWD landscape and vendor evaluation analyst to ensure data source access is operationalized within platform environments Develop training materials and best practice guides for NOCC Hyderabad team members on platform and tooling usage Monitor platform performance, flag issues, and coordinate resolution with other team members Spans multiple platforms simultaneously and emerging AI tools, each at different stages of implementation maturity Works across technical and scientific dimensions- requiring fluency in both Operates with significant autonomy on technical implementation tasks; expected to exercise independent judgment on workflow design and tooling evaluation . Partners with U.S. data platforms team Essential Requirements Experience with data integration, ETL processes, or clinical/claims data pipelines Demonstrated ability to produce clear technical documentation and workflow guides Strong problem-solving orientation with ability to work across technical and non-technical teams Experience with pharmaceutical or life sciences data platforms are similar enterprise health data environments Experience with data from electronic medical records, registry databases, and external insurance claims databases for health outcomes research. Additional experience in epidemiology, market research, or clinical research is a plus. Experience in creating, reviewing, and maintaining codelists aligned with ICD-9, ICD-10, NDC, HCPCS, LOINC coding conventions for healthcare and real-world data projects Understanding of organizational processes, including experience working cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders. A strong interest in working in pharma. Open to experimentation and taking smart risks to support creative thinking that leads to practical solutions to healthcare and business challenges.
