The Position Patient Journey Partner – Oncology We are looking for a dynamic Patient Journey Partner (Oncology) who will take ownership of end-to-end account management and drive meaningful impact across the patient care continuum. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end oncology accounts , ensuring seamless engagement with all key stakeholders Develop and implement patient-centric solutions that improve access, adherence, and outcomes Shape and strengthen the healthcare ecosystem by integrating our oncology portfolio effectively Collaborate with oncologists, hospitals to identify gaps and deliver tailored solutions Drive brand strategy execution through strong field insights and account planning Enable patient access programs , support services, and innovative care models Act as a strategic partner to healthcare providers, not just a product promoter Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong experience in oncology sales / key account management Deep understanding of patient journey in oncology care Ability to think beyond products and offer holistic solutions Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Strategic mindset with strong execution focus Success in this Role Means: Creating a robust ecosystem around your accounts Driving better patient outcomes and access Positioning our portfolio as a solution provider, not just therapy Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
