Job Title: Patient Care Attendant – Homecare Duty

Location: Indore
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Based on experience and shift)

Job Summary:

We are hiring Patient Care Attendants to assist elderly, disabled, or recovering patients in their homes. The role involves basic care, mobility support, hygiene assistance, and helping with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene

• Support with mobility, walking, and positioning

• Help with feeding and medication reminders

• Monitor patient condition and report changes to family or supervisor

• Keep the patient area clean and safe

• Provide emotional support and companionship

Work Details:

• Type: Full-time, On-site (Homecare)

• Shifts: 12-hour or 24-hour (with rest day)

• Weekly Off: One day (flexible)

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th pass; caregiver training preferred

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years in patient care preferred

  • Ability to handle elderly or bedridden patients

  • Good communication
