Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Doctor & Patient Coordinator to manage communication between doctors and patients, assist with patient inquiries, and ensure a smooth treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

·       Coordinate between doctors and patients regarding consultations and treatment plans.

·       Resolve patient queries related to treatments, appointments, and hospital services.

·       Guide patients regarding consultations, treatments, and hospital procedures.

·       Follow up with patients for appointments and treatment schedules.

·       Schedule and manage doctor appointments.

·       Maintain and update patient records in the system.

·       Ensure a positive patient experience through timely communication and support.

·       Coordinate with internal teams for smooth patient management.

Eligibility Criteria

·       Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

·       Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

·       Experience Hospital Coordination, Patient Care, or Counseling will be preferred.

·       Basic computer knowledge is required.
