Position Overview:
The Executive - Patient Care Specialist | Sales will be responsible for both patient care coordination and sales activities related to Eye Mantra Hospital’s services. This role involves assisting patients through their entire treatment journey while promoting hospital services to ensure patient satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have a blend of excellent customer service skills, sales experience, and knowledge of the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care Coordination:

• Act as a point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive excellent service and care from the moment they inquire about services to the post-treatment phase.

• Provide detailed information to patients regarding the available treatments, eye care services, and packages.

• Schedule appointments, assist with patient inquiries, and follow up on patient progress.

• Ensure patients understand the procedures, including pre- and post-treatment care, and address any concerns they may have.

• Sales & Marketing:

• Promote Eye Mantra Hospital's services, including eye surgeries, diagnostics, and other ophthalmic treatments.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the hospital’s patient base and overall revenue.

• Identify potential leads, build relationships with prospective patients, and convert them into scheduled consultations or treatments.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs related to patient services.

• Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential patients.

• Handle patient queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

• Provide after-sales support to ensure patient satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

• Collaboration with Medical Team:

• Work closely with ophthalmologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to provide seamless care for patients.

• Ensure patient records are accurately maintained and updated in the system.

• Coordinate with the medical team to ensure the smooth delivery of services, including scheduling of surgeries, diagnostic tests, and follow-up appointments.

• Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, patient satisfaction, and service feedback for senior management.

• Monitor patient trends and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

• Promotions and Events:

• Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including awareness programs, health camps, and events to increase the hospital’s visibility and attract potential patients.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that promote Eye Mantra Hospital’s services.

Qualifications:

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Sales & Marketing, or any related field.

• A background in healthcare sales or patient care is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
