24/7 patient care roles involve providing round-the-clock, continuous support to bedridden or elderly patients, either in-home or at facilities, focusing on hygiene, mobility, and monitoring. Common 24/7 Patient Care Job Responsibilities

Personal Care & Hygiene: Assistance with bathing, grooming, oral care, diaper changes, and toileting.
Mobility & Safety: Supporting transfers from bed to chair, walking assistance, and fall prevention.
Medical Monitoring: Tracking medication, measuring vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure), and reporting changes to nurses or doctors.
Daily Assistance: Preparing meals, feeding, and light housekeeping, particularly in home settings.
