The role involves providing compassionate homecare services, ensuring client comfort, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting overall health and well-being. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 – ₹25,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ care requirements and support their daily living needs.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor and record vital signs such as pulse, temperature, and blood pressure.

• Maintain accurate client health records and care reports.

• Assist with mobility, feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection-control standards are followed.

• Provide emotional companionship and engage clients in conversations and activities.

• Educate families on care routines and health plans when required.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Diploma in Nursing, GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery), or ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery).

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in caregiving, homecare, or patient care.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused personality.

• Language: Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory).

• Physically fit and capable of assisting clients with mobility.

• Additional certifications in first aid or advanced patient care will be considered an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
