Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and compassionate male caretaker to assist a male patient with daily care needs during the day. The caretaker will ensure the patient’s comfort, hygiene, safety, and overall well-being throughout the shift.
Responsibilities:
Assist the patient with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Provide support with mobility and walking, including transfers from bed to chair or wheelchair if required.
Administer medicines on time as per the doctor’s or family’s instructions.
Serve meals and ensure proper food intake.
Maintain cleanliness in the patient’s room and surroundings.
Monitor the patient’s condition and promptly report any health or behavioral changes.
Offer companionship and emotional support during the day.
Requirements:
Prior experience in patient care or elder care preferred.
Physically fit and able to assist with movement or lifting if needed.
Patient, trustworthy, and attentive to details.
Basic knowledge of first aid is an advantage.
