रोगी की बुनियादी देखभाल: मरीजों को नहलाना, कपड़े बदलना, कंघी करना, और उन्हें आरामदायक स्थिति में रहने में मदद करना।
स्वास्थ्य निगरानी: मरीजों के वाइटल्स (जैसे तापमान, नाड़ी, श्वसन दर) की जांच करना और उन्हें नोट करना।
दवा और भोजन:
समय पर दवाएं देना और मरीजों को उनके आहार योजना के अनुसार खाना खिलाना।
गतिशीलता और परिवहन: मरीजों को व्हीलचेयर या स्ट्रेचर पर शिफ्ट करना और उन्हें टेस्ट के लिए ले जाना।
स्वच्छता बनाए रखना: मरीजों के बिस्तर की चादरें बदलना, कमरे की सफाई और स्टेरलाइजेशन के नियमों का पालन करना।
सहयोग: नर्सिंग स्टाफ को प्रक्रियाओं में सहायता करना और रोगी की स्थिति में किसी भी बदलाव की तुरंत सूचना देना।
