Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with patients for departmental processes and appointments
Serve as a communication bridge between patients and healthcare teams
Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience

Requirements:
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in patient coordination or a healthcare support role
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related fields
Diplomas or certifications in Hospital Administration are also acceptable
