Key Responsibilities:
💊 Conduct patient reminder and follow-up calls to ensure engagement and repeat orders.
📞 Connect with new patients, explain company values, and ensure a positive experience.
📦 Manage order processing, invoice details, prescriptions, and timely dispatch.
🧾 Maintain accurate patient records, call reports, and follow-up logs.
🤝 Support the Patient Care Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
🎓 Graduate/Diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
🧠 1–3 years of experience in customer care, telecalling, or pharma/healthcare sales.
💬 Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
👥 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
