Job Description:
We are hiring a Patient Advisor with strong experience in medical tourism, patient coordination, and healthcare sales. The ideal candidate will guide patients through their complete medical journey — from consultation and treatment planning to international care coordination — while achieving conversion and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to patients on diagnosis, treatment plans, procedures, and lifestyle recommendations.

• Manage end-to-end medical tourism services, including hospital coordination, travel support, and follow-up care.

• Conduct telephonic or virtual consultations with global patients and maintain strong relationships.

• Convert patient inquiries into confirmed treatments and meet monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with doctors, care managers, and partner hospitals for smooth patient journeys.

• Accurately document patient details in EMR/CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare (B.Sc Nursing, BPT, BPharm, MPharm, Allied Health, MBBS, etc.).

• 3+ years of experience in patient advisory, healthcare coordination, or medical tourism sales.

• Proven track record in patient conversion and sales.

• Strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and patient-centric approach.

• Comfortable using EMR/CRM platforms and conducting teleconsultations.

• Flexible to work with global patient time zones.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
