Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene.
Daily Living Assistance: Preparing nutritious meals, cleaning, doing laundry, and running errands.
Mobility Support: Helping with walking, transferring to/from wheelchairs or beds, and performing light physical exercises.
Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in hobbies, and reducing social isolation.

Skills :
Ability to stand, bend, and assist with lifting.
