Provide direct patient care, including medication management and treatment as per Doctor’s advice.c. Assist with daily living activities and mobility supportd. Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and report changese. Develop and implement individualized care plansf. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive careg. Nursing, ANM, GNM, Diploma in Nursing, with valid registration certificate from Nursing Council of India/State Nursing Council· 1-2 years of experience in home care or similar setting, Freshers may apply· Ability to travel independently within Delhi-NCRJob Responsibilities- Caretaker 1. Assist the patient in feeding. 2. Support with mobility and ambulation. 3. Provide personal care and skin care. 4. Assist in basic exercises as advised. 5. Engage in conversations and offer companionship. 6. Accompany and assist the patient in moving around (indoors/outdoors, as permitted). 7. Provide sponge cleaning for hygiene. 8. Offer light massage for comfort (non-clinical). 9. Assist in getting dressed. 10. Support with toiletry care and assistance. 11. Maintain cleanliness of the patient’s lying area/bed. 12. Assist with oral hygiene. 13.
