Assist the patient in feeding. 2. Support with mobility and ambulation. 3. Provide personal care and skin care. 4. Assist in basic exercises as advised. 5. Engage in conversations and offer companionship. 6. Accompany and assist the patient in moving around (indoors/outdoors, as permitted). 7. Provide sponge cleaning for hygiene. 8. Offer light massage for comfort (non-clinical). 9. Assist in getting dressed. 10. Support with toiletry care and assistance. 11. Maintain cleanliness of the patient’s lying area/bed. 12. Assist with oral hygiene. 13.
