Patient Care

We are looking for a Patient Care to join our team at Aaji Care Home Health Services Private Limited to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹16000.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Personal Care Activities:  Assist bedridden patients with head baths, sponge baths, and overall hygiene.  Provide bedpan and washroom assistance.  Perform oral care, nail cutting, and sanitary care.  Change clothes and diapers for male and female patients.  Clean private parts and perform grooming tasks (including shaving for male patients).  Check for lice and send soiled clothes for washing.  Apply oil/lotion and perform back care and massages.  Assist with patient positioning and mobility. 2. Feeding & Nutrition Support:  Help bring all patients to the dining area.  Bring food, plates, and glasses from the kitchen.  Distribute meals according to each patient’s dietary plan.  Provide aprons and assist with handwashing before and after meals.  Serve and feed food to patients, especially those who need help.  Clean the dining area post meals and return utensils to the kitchen. 3. Housekeeping & Log Maintenance:  Maintain patient room hygiene by cleaning dustbins after each shift.  Keep accurate records in daily logbooks.  Participate in shift handovers and ensure smooth transition of duties.  Assist in folding clothes and organizing patient cupboards. 4. Collaborative & Team Activities:  Work with team members for bed making and general upkeep.  Help during shift transitions and maintain good communication with the team.  Support in delivering water and other essentials to patients regularly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
