Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests.
Assess visual acuity and identify refractive errors.
Perform objective and subjective refraction.
Prescribe corrective lenses as per professional scope and applicable regulations.
Recommend suitable spectacles, lenses, and contact lenses based on customers' visual needs.
Explain eye test results and provide appropriate eye care guidance.
Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses according to their preferences and requirements.
Operate and maintain optometry equipment, including autorefractors, lensometers, and trial sets.
Maintain accurate customer records and eye examination reports.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of optometry instruments.
Coordinate with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve store targets.
Maintain hygiene, professional standards, and a customer-friendly environment.
Refer customers to ophthalmologists when further medical evaluation is required.
