Nursing Supervisor

OrangeCross HomeHealth is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee our home nursing services in Pune. The role involves supervising field nurses and caregivers, ensuring quality care delivery, training support staff, coordinating with doctors and clients, and maintaining compliance with clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support home nurses and caregivers in daily patient care activities

• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene, and safety standards

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor care delivery and client satisfaction

• Coordinate nurse/caregiver scheduling and resolve field-level issues

• Liaise with hospitals, doctors, and client families as needed

• Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing training of clinical staff

• Maintain accurate documentation and care records

• Support audits, feedback collection, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (must be registered with state nursing council)

• 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably with 1+ year in a supervisory role

• Experience in home healthcare will be an added advantage

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Basic computer proficiency for reporting and documentation
