Nursing Supervisor

• Supervise and manage nursing staff and their daily duties across all departments (ward, OT, ICU, NICU, OPD).

• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, NABH and nursing standards.

• Allocate duty rosters, handle leaves and shift planning.

• Monitor patient care quality and resolve escalations promptly.

• Conduct regular training, evaluations, and audits for nursing staff.

• Maintain inventory of nursing supplies, emergency equipment, and crash carts.

• Coordinate between doctors, patients, and administrative staff.

• Ensure proper handovers, documentation, infection control, and biomedical waste protocols.

• Handle emergency response management and incident reporting.

• Support HR in recruitment, onboarding, and appraisals of nursing staff.
