Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Supervisor to join our team at MAPS to provide OT assistance for orthopedic implants. The day-to-day tasks involve Instrument & Implants management, marketing and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8000 - ₹15000.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare & maintain instrument & implants for surgery.
Training of staff members.
Promotion & marketing to new surgeons.
Follow up with existing customers.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is GNM or OT technician diploma and 1 - 3 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
