Nursing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors in patient examination and treatment.

• Administer prescribed medications and injections as per doctor’s advice.

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, etc.).

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic and patient areas.

• Handle patient registration, documentation, and assist in minor procedures.

• Provide basic first aid and patient care as required.

• Ensure proper maintenance of medical instruments and consumables.

• Support day-to-day clinical operations smoothly.

Required Qualification

• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) certification from a recognized institution or any nursing course.

• Must have valid registration (if applicable).

Skills Required

• Good communication and patient-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and first aid.

• Punctual, caring, and team-oriented attitude.
