Job Description

Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs during labor and delivery.
• Assist doctors and midwives during normal and cesarean deliveries.
• Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and pain relief as needed.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile and safe labour room environment.
• Support and comfort the laboring mother and her family through the birthing process.
• Document labor progress, interventions, and delivery outcomes accurately.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Provide immediate postpartum care to mother and newborn, including breastfeeding support.
