We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Nursing Staff to provide high-quality care to patients in our hospital. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in patient care practices, able to handle medical equipment, and work collaboratively with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Provide daily care and medical attention to patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient health, record observations, and update medical charts
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and rounds
Maintain hygiene, infection control, and patient safety protocols
Support patient mobility and assist with feeding, bathing, and other personal needs
Communicate effectively with patients and their families about care plans and concerns
Handle emergency situations with composure and professional judgment
Ensure all nursing supplies and equipment are available and functional
Adhere to all hospital policies and standard operating procedures
Diploma or Degree in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent
Registered with State Nursing Council
Basic knowledge of patient care equipment and hospital procedures
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused
Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting
Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR)
Training in BLS/ACLS is an advantage
Hospital/clinical environment
Rotational shifts and emergency duty may be required
Use of PPE and adherence to infection control measures is mandatory
