Nursing Nanny

About the Role

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and patient Creche Caregiver to manage the day-to-day care and well-being of children in our office creche. The ideal candidate should have experience handling infants and young children in a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to infants and children (0–6 years).

• Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and overall well-being throughout the day.

• Feed children according to parents' instructions and maintain feeding schedules.

• Change diapers, assist with toilet training, and maintain cleanliness.

• Organize age-appropriate learning, play, and recreational activities.

• Comfort and engage children in a warm and friendly manner.

• Monitor children's health and immediately report any concerns to parents or HR.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the creche, toys, bedding, and play areas.

• Keep records of attendance, feeding, sleeping, and daily activities.

• Follow company policies and child safety guidelines at all times.

• Coordinate with parents regarding children's daily routine and special requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience caring for infants and young children.

• Good understanding of child safety, hygiene, and nutrition.

• Patient, compassionate, and responsible personality.

• Good communication skills in Gujarati and/or Hindi (basic English preferred).

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude.

Eligibility

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Diploma or Certification in Child Care/Early Childhood Education is preferred.

• 1–5 years of experience in a creche, daycare, preschool, hospital, or childcare center.

• First Aid and CPR certification is an added advantage.

• Police verification and background verification are mandatory.

Good to Have

• Experience handling multiple children simultaneously.

• Knowledge of child development and early learning activities.

• Basic computer skills for maintaining daily records.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• Office hours (as per company policy)

Preferred Candidates

• Female candidates preferred.

• Candidates residing in Ahmedabad or nearby locations.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
