⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🗓 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (•Alternate Saturdays off•)

💰 Salary:

• Freshers – Up to ₹2 LPA

• Experienced – Based on previous CTC & negotiations

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Review patient records, including physician notes, operative reports, diagnostic results, and discharge summaries.

• Identify and summarize key medical events such as diagnoses, treatments, procedures, and follow-ups.

Prepare clear medical chronologies and narrative summaries• for client use.

• Highlight gaps, inconsistencies, and critical medical information while excluding routine/irrelevant findings.

Ensure strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance• in all work.

• Deliver professional, accurate, and client-ready outputs.

🎓 Qualifications

Degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Health Information Management•, or related field.

Strong understanding of medical terminology & healthcare workflows•.

Prior experience in medical record review/medico-legal support• preferred.

Excellent written communication and analytical skills•.

Familiarity with HIPAA compliance• and medico-legal standards.

Proficient in MS Office and EMR/PDF tools•.
