Patient Care & Assessment: Perform initial assessments, examinations, and ongoing monitoring of in-patients.
Emergency Response: Act as first responders for emergency calls (code blues, trauma) and provide immediate life-saving interventions.
Ward Rounds: Conduct daily morning/evening rounds, often with nursing staff, to review patient conditions.
Coordination & Communication: Act as the link between patients, their families, nursing staff, and consultants.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, including admission, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Procedures: Assist in OT procedures, manage IV lines, catheters, and other nursing-related tasks.
Compliance: Adhere to hospital protocols, health and safety regulations, and infection control policies
