Job Summary

The Medical General Supervisor – General Operations will oversee and support daily operational activities within the medical facility in Rudrapur. The role ensures smooth coordination between departments, maintains discipline and efficiency among support staff, and supports quality patient care services.

This position is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day hospital/clinic general operations.

• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative departments.

• Monitor housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and operational discipline.

• Assist in managing staff duty rosters and attendance.

• Support inventory and general supply management.

• Resolve operational issues and report to senior management.

• Maintain daily operational reports and documentation.

• Assist during emergencies and ensure facility readiness.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field.

• 0–5 years of experience in hospital/medical operations (Freshers can apply).

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Leadership ability and problem-solving mindset.

• Physically fit for on-ground supervision.

• Male candidates only (as per operational requirement)

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
