Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospital Head to oversee the overall operations of Paramount Super Specialty Hospital in Itahar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing doctors, laboratory staff, sales and marketing activities, ensuring smooth hospital functioning, quality patient care, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day hospital operations, including clinical and administrative functions.

• Coordinate and supervise doctors, lab staff, and support personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Develop and implement strategies to promote hospital services and increase patient footfall.

• Lead marketing activities to enhance hospital visibility and outreach.

• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

• Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and hospital hygiene.

• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, suppliers, and community stakeholders.

• Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital management, healthcare administration, or related fields.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.

• Proven experience in marketing and business development within healthcare.

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in hospital management software is a plus.
