Hospital Assistant

We are looking for a Hospital Assistant to join our team at Nova Hospital Limited to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like BioThe role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22000 - ₹26000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Management:

- Manage and maintain medical equipment inventory

- Ensure equipment is calibrated, functional, and safe for use

- Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment

2. Preventive Maintenance:

- Schedule and perform routine maintenance on medical equipment

- Conduct safety checks and performance tests

3. Training and Support:

- Provide technical training to hospital staff on equipment usage

- Offer troubleshooting support and guidance

4. Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical device regulations, and safety standards (e.g., AERB, CE, FDA)

- Maintain documentation and records

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 3 - 5 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
