Responsibilities
Welcome patients and understand their concerns.
Guide patients regarding eye and dental treatments.
Explain procedures, appointments, treatment plans, and payment options.
Counsel patients and assist them in making informed treatment decisions.
Schedule appointments and maintain regular patient follow-ups.
Manage telephone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
Maintain patient records and coordinate with doctors and clinical staff.
Assist with front-desk and routine hospital administration.
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate or diploma holder preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant healthcare experience.
Good communication and patient-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Polite, confident, compassionate, and presentable.
Dedicated, punctual, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
Knowledge of Punjabi, Hindi, and English preferred.
